Destination Logs
Section titled “Destination Logs”Track how your data syncs to connected destinations.
Viewing Logs
Section titled “Viewing Logs”Navigate to Destinations → Select a destination → Logs
Log Information
Section titled “Log Information”Each log entry shows:
- Timestamp
- Event type
- Sync status (success, failed, pending)
- User identifier
- Error messages (if failed)
- Retry attempts
Sync Statuses
Section titled “Sync Statuses”Success ✅
- Data successfully sent to destination
- No action needed
Pending ⏳
- Sync in progress or queued
- Check back in a few minutes
Failed ❌
- Sync failed due to error
- Review error message for details
Common Sync Issues
Section titled “Common Sync Issues”Authentication Errors
- Reconnect destination
- Verify API keys are valid
Rate Limiting
- Destination API rate limits exceeded
- Syncs will auto-retry
Data Validation Issues
- Destination rejected data format
- Check event schema requirements
