Sources & Destinations

CustomerLabs acts as the central infrastructure for your first-party data. It sits between your Sources (where data is collected from) and your Destinations (where data is sent to).

A Source is any platform or tool that sends data into CustomerLabs. By connecting multiple sources, you can build a complete 360-degree profile of your customers.

  • Websites/Apps: Captured via the JavaScript API or GTM.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Direct integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.
  • CRMs: Syncing customer data and lead stages from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Offline Data: Uploading CSV files or using webhooks to bring in data from internal databases or physical stores.

A Destination is a platform where you want to send your unified first-party data for activation. CustomerLabs transforms your data into the specific format required by each platform.

  • Ad Platforms: Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. (for better targeting and attribution).
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, Amplitude.
  • Marketing Automation: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Braze for personalized email and SMS campaigns.
  • Warehouses: Sending raw data to BigQuery or Snowflake for advanced business intelligence.
  1. Ingest: Data is collected from various Sources (Website, CRM, Shopify).
  2. Unify: CustomerLabs stitches the data into a single unified profile.
  3. Activate: The unified data is synced to your selected Destinations in real-time or as segments.
