Accessing the Dashboard
Section titled “Accessing the Dashboard”Navigate to Events → Dashboard in your CustomerLabs account.
What You’ll See
Section titled “What You’ll See”- Real-time Event Feed: Live stream of incoming events
- Event Counts: Volume of events by type
- Event Timeline: Hourly/daily event trends
- User Activity: Recent user sessions and actions
Filtering Events
Section titled “Filtering Events”Filter the event feed by:
- Event type (page_view, purchase, etc.)
- Time range (last hour, day, week, custom)
- User ID or email
- Source (website, webhook, integration)
- Event properties
Event Details
Section titled “Event Details”Click any event to view:
- Full event payload
- User information
- Session context
- Device and browser info
- Destination sync status
